HubSpot's internal event directory experienced unclear UX and friction in the registration flow. The team needed rapid development and support to identify and fix conversion bottlenecks before upcoming campaigns.

Rebuilt landing page as a modular HubSpot CMS template, enabling content editors to self-serve updates to rapidly changing event content without developer dependency (reducing developer overhead and empowering marketing teams to move at the speed of campaign deadlines).
